Bedford, NH – American Resource Staffing kicked off the first in a series of Safety Training events this past May in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Amidst a continental breakfast at the Sheraton Tara, American Resource Staffing hosted over thirty owners, plant managers, supervisors and human resources personnel for a half day Powered Industrial Truck Train the Trainer program. This seminar specifically empowers employers to be able to properly train their own staff on the requirements for the 1999 OSHA Powered Industrial Truck Standard. “It is important for our clients to be able to train their staff internally and not have to pay an outside company every time they want to train a new person on how to operate forklifts properly,” stated the President of American Resource Staffing, Richard Purtell. “We want to make it easy for our customers to be in compliance”.

The response to the Forklift Training presentation was overwhelming. “It was excellent training at a great price” said Carl Griffin, General Manager and Vice President of Healy Systems in Hudson New Hampshire.

American Resource Staffing will be offering many more installments of their training opportunities, including Lock Out Tag Out, CPR, Sexual Harassment and OSHA Outreach 10 and 30 hour general industry classes in the Fall.
